• Practical experience in creating reports and dashboards in Power BI
• Good knowledge of DAX
• Practical experience with Power Query
• Experience in building and working with data models
• Ability to work with data from various sources
• Knowledge of SQL is a significant advantage
• Ability to analyze and interpret data
• Understanding business needs and translating them into reporting solutions
• Experience working in self-service BI / Citizen Development environments
• Communicative knowledge of the English language

Nice to have:

• Experience working in an international organization / SSC / GBS
• Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Power Automate or Power Apps
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure environment

• Creating, developing, and maintaining reports and dashboards in Microsoft Power BI
• Preparing interactive visualizations and reports to meet business needs
• Collaborating with business users to understand reporting and data analysis requirements
• Translating business requirements into analytical and reporting solutions
• Extracting, preparing, and transforming data for reporting purposes
• Creating and optimizing data models in Power BI
• Preparing measures and calculations using DAX
• Using Power Query for data preparation and transformation
• Combining data from various sources while ensuring quality and consistency
• Automating reporting processes to reduce manual work
• Enhancing and optimizing existing reports for performance
• Collaborating with IT, Data, and business teams
• Supporting business users in effective use of Power BI and self-service analytics
• Documenting developed solutions and maintaining reporting standards
• Identifying opportunities for further use of data and BI tools in the organization
