Senior AI Platform Engineer

IT Factory is a dynamic company experienced in the development, implementation, and support of IT solutions for a major Polish company in the insurance and financial sector.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud environment administration and development (preferably Microsoft Azure)
• Minimum 2 years experience with AI/ML or GenAI implementations
• Strong knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
• Proficient with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps
• Practical experience with Azure AI Foundry and Azure API Management
• Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Docker
• Experience with Azure Monitor, Azure Log Analytics, and Azure Application Insights
• Experience building, maintaining, and monitoring AI/ML platforms
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, identity, access management, and secrets management
• Ability to work in Agile/DevOps culture
• Senior or Expert level with higher education in IT or related field
• Communicative English language skills
• Willingness to work hybrid (minimum 1 day weekly in Warsaw office)
• Providing services from the territory of Poland

Nice to have:

• Experience with Azure AI Search, Azure Machine Learning, Azure AI Foundry Agent Service
• Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• Experience with Google Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, Azure Cosmos DB
• Familiarity with FinOps, AI Governance, DORA, AI Act
• Certifications in Microsoft Azure or Kubernetes

• Develop and maintain the AI Platform on Microsoft Azure
• Build and enhance services based on Azure AI Foundry
• Automate infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
• Develop CI/CD processes and deployment automation
• Maintain and develop Kubernetes environments (AKS)
• Implement monitoring, observability, and diagnostic mechanisms
• Integrate AI services using Azure API Management
• Support deployments of GenAI, RAG, and Agentic AI solutions
• Collaborate with architecture, cloud, security, and governance teams

• Services to be provided from the territory of Poland
• Hybrid work model with minimum one day per week in Warsaw office
• Communicative English in speech and writing required
