Senior Power Platform Developer

IT Factory is a dynamic company with experience in development, implementation, and support of IT solutions for a major Polish insurance company.

Must have:

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps (Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps), Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents/Copilot with at least 2 years professional experience
• Practical experience in building Canvas and Model-driven applications
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into Power Platform solutions
• Professional approach to work and strong client responsibility
• Good organization and priority setting skills

Nice to have:

• Experience with Azure DevOps in the context of Power Platform solutions
• Experience integrating Power Platform using Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, and REST services
• Integration of Power Platform with external systems (API, OData, Web Services)
• Creating custom components using PCF (PowerApps Component Framework)
• Knowledge of programming languages enhancing Power Platform functionality (JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, Power Fx, React)
• Experience designing and implementing citizen development in organizations
• Knowledge of other low-code platforms
• Certifications: PL-100, PL-200, or PL-400

• Designing and implementing business solutions based on Power Platform and Azure (Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, MS SharePoint, MS Teams, Power BI, Copilot)
• Developing effective architecture for created solutions
• Collaborating with analysts and stakeholders to ensure compliance with changing business requirements
• Preparing effort estimations for project tasks
• Co-creating and implementing best practices for building solutions on Power Platform in cooperation with the architect
• Advising on optimal solutions tailored to client needs
• Developing team competencies and introducing new Microsoft technologies (Power Apps, Azure)
• Co-creating concepts, principles, and implementing citizen development in the organization
