Developer Fullstack (Java backend + Angular, portal/CMS)

IT Factory is a dynamic company with experience in the development, implementation, and support of IT solutions for a major Polish company in the insurance and financial industry.

• Minimum 4 years of commercial experience as a programmer
• Backend: Java 18+, Spring Boot 3+, JPA (minimum 3 years with Java)
• Frontend: Angular 19+, TypeScript, NodeJS (minimum 2 years with Angular)
• Databases: PostgreSQL (minimum 3 years)
• At least 2 years working in Agile methodology; knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum is a plus
• Familiarity with design and architectural patterns
• Version control and build tools: Git, Bitbucket, GitHub, Maven, Gradle
• CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions
• Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes
• Integration technologies: REST, SOAP, Kafka
• Error diagnostics: Kibana, Elasticsearch
• Application servers (Tomcat) and operating environments Linux/Windows
• Good English proficiency for reading technical documentation
• Soft skills: adaptability, openness to new ideas, self-organization, owning responsibilities

• Designing and agreeing on technical assumptions for implementing changes while maintaining data integrity, security, architecture quality, operational continuity, and technical debt control
• Implementing agreed functional changes according to client standards
• Reviewing code delivered by the team and other developers in the repository for standards compliance and aligning with change specifications
• Actively preventing technological debt by initiating refactoring and co-creating a system debt registry
• Providing programming and substantive support during solution implementation and application module maintenance
• Diagnosing, analyzing, and fixing UAT errors and production monitoring issues
• Estimating effort for changes in the system
