Technical Support Engineer, Salesforce

The client is a global leader in HR technology providing an end-to-end SaaS platform that supports the entire recruitment lifecycle, combining cloud technology, automation, and AI.

• 2+ years in technical support, application support, software engineering, or similar troubleshooting roles.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce development including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Practical knowledge of Salesforce data architecture, including SOQL, data models/schema, and governor limits.
• Familiarity with Salesforce integrations: REST, SOAP, or Bulk APIs.
• Understanding of Salesforce automation tools such as Flow.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on root cause analysis.
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Customer-focused approach with ability to explain technical issues clearly.
• Interest in modern development and AI tools.
• Salesforce certifications like Administrator, Platform Developer I, or Advanced Administrator are advantageous.
• Experience with Salesforce Industries or managed packages is a plus.

• Investigate and resolve complex issues across Salesforce and custom applications.
• Work directly with clients to understand technical challenges and provide effective solutions.
• Analyze and troubleshoot Salesforce code and configurations.
• Assess severity and business impact of technical issues, prioritizing resolution with Product and Engineering teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical initiatives.
• Identify recurring problems and contribute to platform reliability and support process improvements.
• Use AI-powered tools such as Agentforce, Claude, or Gemini for troubleshooting and productivity.
