Salesforce Engineer

Our client is a global leader in HR technology providing an end-to-end SaaS platform supporting the recruitment lifecycle used by thousands of organizations worldwide.

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Interest in developing expertise in Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Visualforce.
• Understanding of Salesforce fundamentals such as governor limits, security models, and development best practices, or ability to learn quickly.
• Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Familiarity with Agile software development practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear English communication.
• Collaborative mindset, willingness to receive feedback, and ownership of delivered work.
• Interest in using AI as a software development tool and part of technology solutions.

• Develop new features across Salesforce-based applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code and improve it through reviews and feedback.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from solution design through testing and delivery.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, QA, and Professional Services teams.
• Contribute to technical documentation and continuously improve development practices.
• Participate in rotating on-calls, providing out-of-hours support and responding to incidents as required.
