Software Engineer (.NET)

Our client is a global leader in HR technology, delivering an end-to-end SaaS platform supporting the entire recruitment lifecycle. The platform combines cloud technology, automation, and AI to improve hiring processes and talent experiences.

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Good practical knowledge of C# and the .NET ecosystem.
• Understanding of REST and/or SOAP APIs, HTTP, and system-to-system communication.
• Familiarity with integration concepts including data mapping, JSON/XML serialization, error handling, and retry mechanisms.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems across multiple systems and understand data flows between services.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices and iterative software delivery.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills with openness to code reviews and technical feedback.
• Interest in using AI tools in software development and exploring AI as part of technical solutions.
• A proactive approach to learning, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Experience building and maintaining middleware integrations connecting Salesforce is a plus.

• Build and maintain middleware integrations connecting Salesforce with internal and external services using C# and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Write clean, tested, and maintainable code; improve solutions through code reviews and technical feedback.
• Diagnose integration issues, including API failures, data mapping problems, and performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, QA, and Professional Services throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Contribute to technical documentation and continuously improve integration workflows and engineering practices.
