Senior Software Engineer/Architect

Our client is a global leader in HR technology delivering an end-to-end SaaS platform that supports the entire recruitment lifecycle worldwide, combining cloud technology, automation, and AI.

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Architecture, or a similar role.
• Strong experience designing scalable internal platforms, SaaS products, or complex distributed systems.
• Solid expertise in Java and Spring Boot with technical direction and hands-on guidance.
• Strong scripting skills using Python and Shell in Unix/Linux environments.
• Experience designing cloud-native solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Product-oriented mindset balancing business priorities and technical decisions.
• Hands-on experience with or strong interest in AI-powered development tools and coding assistants.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration across technical and business teams.
• Passion for designing scalable architectures and participating in technical implementation.

• Define the technical architecture for automation platforms supporting scalable product provisioning and deployment.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineering, and Technical Services to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Build prototypes and technical frameworks to validate architectural concepts.
• Drive adoption of AI-powered development tools to accelerate architecture, prototyping, and solution design.
• Establish architectural standards and best practices for global deployment models.
• Shape the long-term technical direction of internal platforms aligning with product and business needs.
• Create a highly automated engineering ecosystem for faster, reliable customer implementations.
