• Over 3 years of experience in a similar role (Microsoft 365 consultant or other at a Microsoft partner)
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 solutions
• Ability to conduct trainings, workshops, and webinars
• English language proficiency at least at B2 level

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of PowerPlatform, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Defender
• Microsoft certifications such as MS-900, MS-102, SC-900, SC-300

• Participate in projects within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Configure Microsoft 365 solutions: Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and other M365 services
• Conduct mail and data migrations (e.g., IMAP, tenant-to-tenant, Google to M365)
• Handle client requests
• Conduct trainings and workshops for end users and administrators
• Collaborate with implementation, sales, and marketing teams
