LLM Tech Lead

Their expertise includes AI Driven Apps, Modern Data Platforms, Secure Cloud Infrastructure, and Effective Communication. They support clients in Poland, Europe, and worldwide throughout their data and AI maturity journey.

• Experience and knowledge in one of the technological areas, preferably LLM.
• Familiarity with concepts: prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, embeddings, vector databases.
• Experience with tools: LangChain or Semantic Kernel, HuggingFace.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure Machine Learning or similar.
• Programming language proficiency in Python.
• Alternatively, experience in machine learning with frameworks like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch and tools like MLflow.
• Leadership experience in team management.
• Mentoring, good communication, and motivation skills.
• Operational project skills, priority management, and conflict resolution.

• Experience working with clients and translating technical topics to business language.
