Their competencies include AI Driven Apps, Modern Data Platforms, Secure Cloud Infrastructure, and Effective Communication implementing modern work environments.

• Over 3 years of experience in a similar role (Microsoft 365 consultant or similar with a Microsoft partner).
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform in daily work and user adoption contexts.
• Preferred experience in technology adoption projects (change management, digital tool adoption).
• Ability to conduct trainings, workshops, and webinars.
• Developed skills in presales and business communication.
• Certifications: AB-900, AB-730, AB-731.
• English language proficiency at least at B2 level.

• Participate in Microsoft 365 ecosystem implementation and adoption projects, especially involving Microsoft 365 Copilot for clients at different technological maturity levels.
• Engage in presales activities.
• Co-develop implementation concepts, use case scenarios, and adoption plans for Microsoft 365 and Copilot tools.
• Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and align technical solutions with client needs involving Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform.
• Support clients in adoption processes by fostering user engagement, identifying barriers, and recommending reinforcement actions.
• Collaborate with implementation, sales, and marketing teams.
