Azure AI/ML Senior Consultant

Onex Group Professional Services is a global Microsoft Partner based in Poland. The organization focuses on accelerating business growth by achieving digital maturity using Microsoft technologies. They specialize in custom solutions across four main areas: Data & Analytics, Modern Work, Cloud operations and Cybersecurity, and Application Development. The current recruitment is for their Data & Analytics team.

• Experience in AI and Machine Learning implementation projects, particularly with large language models (LLM).
• Knowledge and experience with prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LLM fine-tuning, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Familiarity with LangChain or Semantic Kernel.
• Knowledge of Microsoft platforms and tools like Azure Open AI, Azure AI Studio, Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, as well as HuggingFace.
• Effective communication skills to translate technical topics for non-technical stakeholders.
• Programming skills, preferably in Python, SQL, and .Net.

• Collaborate with clients to analyze business needs and identify AI and Machine Learning opportunities.
• Design and propose innovative solutions based on Microsoft technologies meeting client business requirements.
• Participate in implementation projects involving AI applications (chatbots, intelligent search) and advanced analytics using Machine Learning (forecasting, segmentation, anomaly detection).
• Conduct research and development by tracking AI/ML trends and preparing internal demo applications.
