• Minimum 5 years of experience in administration of critical applications on Linux environments
• Strong knowledge of Linux systems (Red Hat, CentOS) and practical administration experience
• Proficiency in Bash and basic automation of processes
• Good understanding of networking including TCP/IP and SSL/TLS
• Knowledge of Oracle or PostgreSQL databases
• Experience maintaining 24/7 systems with focus on high availability, stability, and SLA fulfillment
• Willingness to work in on-call duty system and react to incidents outside working hours
• Knowledge of Failover, Disaster Recovery, multi-center environments and business continuity
• Experience in performing changes, incident handling, and working on production environments following established procedures
• Ability to work with runbooks, operational procedures and technical documentation independently
• Skills in quickly diagnosing problems and failures by analyzing metrics, logs, telemetry and architectural dependencies
• Experience participating in RCA using tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, Kibana, Zabbix

Nice to have:

• Experience in banking or financial sector and working with payment card systems
• Knowledge of ISO 8583 standard
• Understanding of Issuing, Acquiring, Clearing and Settlement processes
• Experience with authorization systems, payment switches or card systems administration
• Familiarity with messaging systems such as Kafka, MQ, ActiveMQ or IBM MQ

• Administration and maintenance of critical Linux (RHEL) environments operating 24/7
• Working with infrastructure requiring high availability and SLA compliance
• Supporting production applications and collaborating with application and infrastructure teams
• Participating in change implementation, incident handling, and emergency actions
• Operating in multi-center environments and managing Failover/Disaster Recovery architectures
• Diagnosing performance and integration issues
• Responding to on-call duties and incidents outside standard business hours
• Following runbooks, operational procedures, and technical documentation
• Performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, Kibana, and Zabbix
