Technical Product Manager

They work with eight major OEMs and emphasize innovation in offline behavior solutions with a strong engineering team including world championship programming medalists.

• 3+ years of experience in product management, technical product management, software engineering, or related technical roles.
• Strong technical understanding and effective collaboration with engineering teams.
• Experience with mobile products, web platforms, APIs, SDKs, or enterprise solutions.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value and user experiences.
• Experience with agile development and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication skills in Polish and English.
• Ownership mindset with initiative and problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
• Passion for technology, AI, and building impact-driven products.

• Own and drive product initiatives from concept to execution.
• Translate business goals and user needs into product requirements and technical solutions.
• Partner with engineering teams to design scalable solutions and evaluate technical trade-offs.
• Manage and evolve the product roadmap balancing short-term and long-term priorities.
• Drive development of mobile experiences, web platforms, SDKs, and AI-powered product capabilities.
• Collaborate on new product areas including content experiences, personalization, advertising technologies, programmatic solutions, and commerce features.
• Work with cross-functional teams to launch, test, measure, and improve product features.
• Define success metrics, analyze product performance, and use data to guide decisions.
• Lead experimentation and iteration processes including A/B testing.
• Communicate product vision, progress, and priorities with stakeholders.
