Senior Software Engineer

The team mainly consists of senior-level experts working on large-scale, business-critical systems.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computational or scientific field (e.g., Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science).
• At least 2 years of experience in Analytical Software Engineering or Quantitative Development.
• Strong proficiency in Python (experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch); knowledge of C++ or Rust is advantageous.
• Experience with data warehouses like Snowflake, Redshift, and real-time data systems such as Kafka.
• Practical experience building, training, and deploying large-scale models (including deep learning, transformers, reinforcement learning).
• Solid foundation in applied mathematics, statistics, numerical methods, model optimization, and validation.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, distributed systems, system architecture, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with market microstructure, pricing models, and trading systems.
• Effective collaboration and clear communication across research, engineering, and business teams.

• Develop and implement advanced pricing models using large-scale machine learning with real-time and historical market data.
• Collaborate with quantitative researchers to convert experimental AI/ML models into efficient, production-ready trading systems.
• Build and maintain systems for model training, backtesting, and deployment with optimized data pipelines for high-volume processing.
• Process and analyze large datasets using tools like SQL, Python, and distributed computing frameworks.
• Write clean, efficient, and testable code suitable for live trading environments; monitor and improve models addressing drift, latency, and consistency.
• Partner with AI researchers, quantitative analysts, and traders to ensure alignment with trading strategies and business objectives.
