Global Master Data Support Center Manager

• Proven experience in team leadership and people management.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data quality management and process improvement.
• Understanding of governance, compliance, and internal control frameworks.
• Experience with Master Data Management processes and systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and drive change effectively.

Nice to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with M3 considered a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of Power BI and SQL is a plus.
• Previous SSC experience is welcome.
• Fluent English.

• Lead and develop a Global Master Data Services team, fostering collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery in line with global Master Data standards, policies, and governance.
• Drive process optimization, operational excellence, and data quality initiatives.
• Manage operational risks, escalations, and issue resolution.
• Lead projects and implement improvements supporting business goals and process efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure consistent and compliant Master Data practices.
• Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and support employee development.
• Oversee technical solutions, process documentation, and knowledge management within the team.
