The company offers services such as system development from scratch, product implementations, team allocations, and robotic process automation as a gold partner of UiPath.

• Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in AI/ML projects in production environments
• Experience in IT solution design and design patterns
• Very good knowledge of Python
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts including pyTorch and TensorFlow, and model building
• Experience with AWS Cloud services including SageMaker, Bedrock, ECS, EKS
• Experience integrating systems using API, REST, Web Services, Swagger UI, FastAPI
• Knowledge of databases
• Knowledge of Java Spring Boot and microservices architecture
• Knowledge of integration tools
• Practical English communication skills (spoken and written), level B2/C1
• Familiarity with tools: GIT, SonarQube, Bamboo, JIRA, Confluence
• Experience in Agile projects
• Experience in insurance sector projects is a plus
• Engagement, proactivity, and teamwork skills

• Design and develop AI and machine learning functionalities for insurance systems
• Build and integrate AI/ML models with existing applications
• Develop microservice architecture
• Deploy solutions in AWS cloud environment
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders

The collaboration is based on a B2B contract. The work mode is remote with agreed project meetings once per quarter. The hiring and onboarding process is conducted remotely and includes a phone interview (up to 30 minutes) and a remote meeting with the project Product Owner (30–60 minutes).
