Anaplan Model Builder

Client is transforming its budgeting process by replacing an Excel-based system with a collaborative and scalable solution built on Anaplan. The project aims to improve visibility for Tribe Leaders, enable multi-user collaboration, and integrate financial controls and dashboards to reduce manual processes and improve governance.

• Anaplan Certifications: Level 1 and Level 2 (mandatory); Level 3 / Solution Architect (highly desirable)
• Strong experience in Anaplan architecture and model building
• Ability to design intuitive UX and ensure data integrity
• Solid understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes including employee costs, contractor costs, software & maintenance costs, and other IIT costs
• Business process understanding and requirements gathering skills
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of agile methodology and experience collaborating with Jira is a plus
• Strong English communication skills required; French is a plus
• Experience in financial planning and performance management tools is a plus

• Design and build a new Anaplan model for IIT Budgeting and Forecasting following best practices
• Define architecture and application design with focus on user experience for IIT stakeholders
• Provide regular progress updates and raise alerts promptly to Product Owner and Proxy PO
• Drive UAT sessions with business teams, gather feedback, and adjust the application rapidly
• Collaborate closely with IIT Product Owners and business teams to ensure smooth delivery and adoption
