Project Manager / PMO – ERP Transformation Program (Oracle Fusion Cloud)

• Proven experience in operational delivery of IT programs or PMO roles, preferably in ERP domain with emphasis on Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Strong understanding of ERP testing cycles (SIT, UAT, cutover testing) and coordinating multi-team testing campaigns.
• Hands-on experience managing capacity and workload plans.
• Ability to define KPIs, build reports, and prepare governance presentation decks.
• Advanced proficiency in JIRA and Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI is highly desirable.
• Strong risk management, analytical and synthesis skills, and high autonomy.

Scope of Duties:

• Ongoing progress tracking: consolidating statuses across streams, maintaining program schedule and resource workload plan, flagging variances.
• Capacity planning: building and maintaining capacity plans involving workload forecasts and team availability, monitoring utilization.
• KPIs and reporting: defining executive metrics, preparing dashboards and materials for governance boards.
• Defect management: maintaining consolidated defect views in JIRA including triage, prioritization, and monitoring of metrics.
• Risks and alerts: maintaining risk register, formalizing action plans, and monitoring execution.
