Junior Product Owner - Join our Product Squad!

MasterBorn works with well-established companies and startups in early stages (MVPs). Their clients are from the high-end American IT market, collaborating with diverse industries such as Fintech, Sportstech, and Medtech.

• Knowledge-hungry and growth-oriented personality
• Fluent in English and Polish (minimum C1 level in speaking and writing)
• Openness to AI and automation tools
• At least 1 year of commercial experience in project management, coordinating tasks, or leading initiatives (beyond student activities)
• Experience working with technical teams (developers, designers)
• Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
• Curiosity about AI and interest in AI-driven solutions
• Practical knowledge of using AI in projects
• Ability to translate ideas into simple visuals (flows, diagrams, step-by-step breakdowns) during client conversations

• Theoretical knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies
• Experience conducting discussions and meetings with clients
• Ability to conduct workshops and meetings with external business clients (bonus for American-based clients)

• Attend project meetings with Product Owners and stakeholders including Polish Team and MasterBorn Board Members
• Gather requirements from clients, manage their needs, and maintain transparency of the process including maintaining the product roadmap
• Lead tech teams consisting of developers, QA specialists, and Product Designers
• Learn best practices and grow professionally
• Gather knowledge from certified courses and recommended books
• Learn to describe business processes, extract business requirements, and ask relevant questions
• Receive continuous support from experienced MasterBorn Product Owners
