Product Designer - Omnichannel

Text is building a suite of products focused on enhancing client communication across multiple messaging channels such as WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram, SMS, and Instagram. The Omnichannel team designs the full lifecycle of these messaging channels within Text's platform, including connection, settings management, error handling, and ensuring consistent and reliable user experience.

• Senior experience as a solo designer with ownership of outcomes.
• Proficient in using Figma and user testing/insights tools.
• Strong UI foundation with solid UX experience focused on intuitive, user-friendly experiences.
• Ability to distill quantitative and qualitative data into actionable design strategies and visual boards.
• Comfortable with technical content such as third-party API documentation (e.g., Meta / WhatsApp Business Platform) and testing designs against real API responses and product flows.
• Aligns design with product strategy and business goals, anticipating and addressing challenges early.
• Uses AI tools to enhance workflow, including drafts, prototypes, and copy.
• Proven track record of project ownership from ideation to launch.
• Effective communication with stakeholders and management.
• Values teamwork and positive team dynamics.

• Own the channel experience end-to-end: design how customers connect, configure, and manage messaging channels (WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram, SMS, Instagram, etc.) from setup to daily use.
• Lead the design process from research and prototyping to pixel-perfect execution.
• Design for reliability: build clear, consistent patterns for errors, statuses, and edge cases across channels.
• Maintain the design system and Figma file hygiene.
• Identify growth opportunities and anticipate user needs based on platform changes.
• Collaborate closely with PM and engineering teams to make design and UX decisions.
• Use product analytics and user feedback to validate design hypotheses and measure impact.
