Senior Consultant - Veeva Clinical Operations - Managed Services (Remote)

• 8+ years experience implementing, supporting, or administering business and IT operations-related software solutions
• In-depth knowledge of Clinical Operations processes including ICH-GCP guidelines, Study document development, Data Management Plan, Feasibility & Site Selection, Qualification and Initiation, Patient recruitment, Site Monitoring, Close-out visits, and Study Archival
• Proven leadership in implementation or maintenance roles as consultant, analyst, IT lead, or sponsor
• Experience leading teams and negotiating compromises
• Customer-facing and consulting experience managing expectations
• Excellent English communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and translate business requirements into solution designs
• University degree or equivalent relevant experience

Nice to have:

• Proficiency in additional European language(s)

• Analyze customer requirements and support solution design and architecture in Vault Clinical (e.g., eTMF, CTMS, SSU, Payments)
• Advise on business requirements to design customer-success-oriented solutions aligning processes to system functionality
• Work with customers in requirements gathering, configuration, validation, migration, integration, and training
• Troubleshoot issues and perform configuration changes
• Define customer business deployment plans, KPIs, and post-live governance
• Act as customer liaison between implementation, maintenance teams, stakeholders, and product teams
• Guide customers in adopting Vault and industry best practices post-implementation
• Drive change management for customers transitioning from on-premise to SaaS
• Mentor project team members and junior consultants
