• Professional experience in SRE, Infrastructure, or DevOps roles with high-scale, distributed environments.
• Advanced programming skills in Python focusing on scalable automation and robust scripting.
• Hands-on expertise managing production-grade Kubernetes environments, configuration management tools like Ansible, and designing resilient infrastructures in Azure Kubernetes Service and on-prem.
• Proficiency with self-hosted open source observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Tempo, Thanos, Jaeger.
• Ability to drive incident management, conduct thorough post-incident analysis, and foster a culture of reliability and shared ownership.

• Develop a standardized observability ecosystem with a telemetry model focused on structured events, distributed tracing, and intelligent sampling for deep system insights.
• Act as a strategic partner to product engineering teams by providing platforms, standards, and data to own service reliability using error budgets and alerting.
• Enhance early detection and resilience through automated anomaly detection and intelligent data analysis leveraging AI/ML.
• Build internal automation and tooling to streamline SRE workflows and automate routine tasks.
• Participate in on-call rotation for incident management, ensuring rapid issue resolution, communication, and post-incident analysis.
