Middle/Senior Embedded Software Engineer (Yocto)

We are looking for a skilled Embedded Engineer to join our growing team and support customers in delivering IoT-driven solutions. The Embedded department is expanding, and the role involves collaboration with experienced Embedded Engineers to design and implement solutions involving embedded systems, cloud connectivity, and modern communication technologies.

• 4+ years of experience with C
• Experience with cloud connectivity applications, including monitoring and Firmware-Over-the-Air (FOTA) solutions
• Strong background in communication technologies such as LTE, BLE, OpenThread, MQTT, and cybersecurity
• Practical experience with Yocto Linux
• Experience debugging and troubleshooting embedded systems, including software debugging on real devices using tools like J-Link, ST-Link
• Upper-Intermediate level of English

Nice to have:

• Hardware knowledge
• Experience with Docker, GitLab, and Jira

• Design separate components, modules, classes, devices
• Code, debug, document, and maintain portions of software and hardware
• Perform different types of testing
• Participate in estimation and planning sessions
• Contribute to technical project documentation and user documentation
• Assist test engineers and support personnel in solving software installation and operation issues
• Participate in conference calls and meetings with the Customer and partners
• Comply with engineering practices, technical standards, and quality criteria
• Report status and progress according to project and company demands
• Identify deficiencies in development process, procedures, environment, and suggest improvements
• Escalate technical issues to Architect, Team Lead, and Project Manager
