Infrastructure Administrator (VTOM/Linux/Windows) with French

The Polish branch operates as a Global Delivery Center in Katowice since 2007 with around 1,000 specialists. The company specializes in areas including cloud, operating systems, virtualization, databases, backup, storage, networking, and security, supporting clients in multiple countries including France.

• Very good command of French (min. B1/B2).
• Proven experience in N2-level application support or application administration.
• Experience coordinating technical activities across multiple teams.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills including incident management and root cause analysis.
• Experience working in production and/or integration environments.
• Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Knowledge of VTOM.

• Act as an Integrator N3 for business applications to ensure smooth integration, stability, and coordination between technical and operational teams.
• Provide N2-level application support, including incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Coordinate and drive resolution of complex incidents, changes, and integration activities across multiple teams.
• Monitor and improve application performance, availability, and reliability in production and integration environments.
• Support and administer Linux, Windows, and VTOM environments to ensure seamless application operations.

Candidates must be located in Poland and available for occasional visits to the office in Katowice.
