ServiceNow Developer (CSA & HRSD Certified)

The Polish Global Delivery Center in Katowice has about 1,000 specialists and focuses on areas including cloud, operating systems, virtualization, databases, backup, networking, security, software development, data engineering, and ITSM and ERP integrations for clients across Europe.

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) certifications.
• Strong experience and deep knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM.
• Advanced JavaScript scripting skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with ITIL practices.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Fluent English at B2/C1 level.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to document processes effectively.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and visit the office in Katowice.

Nice to Have:

• Additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-HRSD, CIS-ITOM).
• Experience with other ServiceNow modules such as SLO, ITOM.
• French language skills at B2/C1 level.

• Participate in ServiceNow implementation, enhancement, and optimization projects.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Design, configure, and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform, mainly within the ITSM module.
• Develop and maintain workflows, integrations, catalog items, business rules, script includes, and other custom platform components.
• Implement new functionalities and enhancements according to business and technical requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
• Review, optimize, and refactor custom code to ensure performance, maintainability, and compliance with ServiceNow best practices.
• Support platform upgrades, patches, and releases, including testing and validation activities.
• Monitor and maintain integrations and APIs to ensure reliable platform operations.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation for configurations, integrations, and custom developments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, consultants, and Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Recommend and implement continuous improvements to enhance platform functionality, performance, and user experience.
