Software Engineer Intern

GGS IT Consulting implements compensation management software and creates custom automation solutions for businesses. The company has about 60 employees and a growing international team. Employees combine technical expertise, analytical thinking, and interpersonal skills with a strong understanding of business operations.

• Basic knowledge of IT Process Automation
• Basic knowledge of SQL, preferably PL/SQL
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript)
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Polish language proficiency at C1 level or higher
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Interest in developing towards a Technical Consultant role
• Availability for 35–40 hours per week
• Availability to work from the Kraków office for 6 months

• Contribute to process automation solutions for international clients under guidance
• Work with technologies such as PMG, Oracle APEX, Microsoft Power Platform, UiPath, and SQL
• Help build business applications and automated workflows
• Support requirements analysis, testing, and technical documentation
• Collaborate with experienced consultants, developers, and clients
• Contribute ideas to internal projects and initiatives
