Wymagania
- Minimum 3 years of commercial software development experience.
- Proficient in Java or Golang, with openness to learning the other language.
- Communicative English skills at minimum B2 level.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to clearly argue design decisions and enjoy teamwork.
- Proactive problem-solving attitude and commitment to clean, high-quality code.
Nice to have:
- Experience with microservices architecture, cloud solutions, or distributed systems.
- Knowledge of Linux/Windows platform specifics relevant to backend.
- Experience with enterprise-class systems, especially in data protection.
- Openness to using AI tools for automation and efficiency improvements.
Obowiązki
- Participate in a smooth onboarding process (~6 months) to learn the product architecture and engage in technical initiatives.
- Develop new functionalities and optimize existing solutions in the Storware Backup & Recovery product.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management and QA to align product development with users' real needs.
- Take increasing ownership and influence over system architecture and technology choices after onboarding.
