Product Delivery Manager

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Product Delivery Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role in technology.
• Experience with complex systems, configurations, business rules, and dependencies.
• Experience in regulatory, compliance, or requirements-driven environments is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to break down ambiguous or complex problems into practical solutions.
• Good understanding of technical systems and integrations, including APIs, databases, and service layers.
• Ability to translate business and regulatory needs into clear functional requirements.
• Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives and competing requests.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong English skills, both spoken and written.
• Attention to detail while maintaining a broader view of product and delivery goals.
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and make pragmatic decisions.
• Proactive mindset with ownership and early problem identification.

• Defining and shaping scope for initiatives by breaking down complex requirements into actionable work.
• Planning and coordinating delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives, balancing priorities and dependencies.
• Collaborating with Compliance, Product, Technical Operations, and other internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and identify risks.
• Translating regulatory and compliance requirements into functional and technical requirements.
• Maintaining a clear understanding of product vision, scope, priorities, and requirements within the team.
• Creating and maintaining the product backlog reflecting functional, regulatory, compliance, and technical needs.
• Ensuring requirements are clear, complete, consistent, and testable with acceptance criteria.
• Owning and maintaining the product roadmap aligning priorities and delivery expectations.
• Defining long-term, short-term, and daily priorities adapting to changing requirements.
• Identifying and managing cross-team dependencies, risks, and potential blockers.
• Driving the release and maintenance lifecycle of features and services from requirement clarification through delivery and go-live.
• Evaluating proposed changes for usability, performance, maintainability, and regulatory compliance.
• Handling urgent issues and unexpected requests, assisting impact assessment and prioritization.
• Monitoring delivery progress and communicating status, risks, dependencies, and scope changes to stakeholders.
• Cooperating with other Product Delivery Managers to continuously improve delivery practices and consistency.
