Business Analyst with Visiona (Polish is mandatory)

Capco Poland is a global leader in technology and management consulting specializing in digital transformation in the financial sector, including banking, payments, capital markets, wealth, and asset management.

• Proven experience providing Business Analysis services within banking or financial services, with a strong focus on cards.
• Demonstrated experience delivering card migration or transformation projects.
• Working knowledge of Visiona.
• Strong experience in requirements engineering, business process modelling, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation.
• Fluency in both English and Polish languages.

• Configure and parameterise the Visiona card issuing platform to support business and regulatory requirements.
• Analyse incidents, identify root causes, and propose effective system-based solutions within Visiona.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and refine business and system requirements.
• Design and document business processes, system configurations, and functional specifications for card issuing solutions.
• Work closely with solution architects, developers, testers, and other analysts to ensure consistent solution design and delivery.
• Support testing activities, validate system configuration, and assist with defect analysis and resolution.
