Consultant / Senior Consultant – IAM & Secrets Management Delivery

• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of combined experience in cybersecurity, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Secrets Management, Privileged Access Management (PAM), and technology delivery within large enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of IAM, User Access Management (UAM), PAM, Secrets Management, or related security domains.
• Proven experience delivering complex technology or cybersecurity initiatives in global organizations.
• Practical knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage changing priorities, and maintain delivery momentum.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to engage effectively with technical teams and senior business stakeholders.

Nice to have:

• Professional certifications such as PMP, Prince2, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks including NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, or similar.

• Advise on definition and shaping of project charters including scope, objectives, timelines, success criteria, requirements, and risk mitigation.
• Drive and coordinate end-to-end delivery activities across IAM, PAM, Secrets Management, and related cybersecurity initiatives.
• Guide project execution using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Partner with stakeholders across Cybersecurity, IAM, Infrastructure, Risk, Application Development, Operations, and third-party vendors.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear implementation plans, stakeholder communications, and executive updates.
• Identify, monitor, and communicate project risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation actions.
• Support governance activities such as steering committee reporting, programme status updates, and KPI tracking.
• Monitor delivery progress, financials, milestones, and quality metrics across multiple workstreams.
• Ensure alignment with internal security standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
