IAM Governance Business Analyst

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst within IAM Governance, Identity Management, or User Access Management programmes.
• In-depth knowledge of IAM Governance processes including Identity Lifecycle Management, JML, Recertification, and Application Onboarding.
• Experience working with Business Roles, Non-Personal Accounts, and access governance controls.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with confidence to challenge assumptions and validate recommendations constructively.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and documentation skills.
• Very good written and spoken English skills.

Nice to have:

• German language skills.
• Experience defining and implementing enterprise-wide IAM Governance standards and frameworks.
• Experience delivering across multiple IAM or User Access Management transformation projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with regulatory, audit, or compliance requirements related to identity and access governance.
• Relevant certifications in Business Analysis, IAM, Security, or Governance disciplines.

• Analyze and enhance IAM Governance processes including Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML), Recertification, and Application Onboarding frameworks.
• Review project findings, identify process gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities, providing practical and evidence-based recommendations.
• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve group-wide IAM Governance guidelines, standards, and documentation.
• Lead stakeholder workshops, governance forums, and recurring meetings to drive alignment and decision-making across multiple initiatives.
• Monitor progress, report on key governance activities, and present process updates, recommendations, and outcomes to senior management.
