Junior/Mid KYC Analyst (She/He/They)

• 2+ years of experience in KYC, customer onboarding, financial crime operations, or related financial services.
• Practical understanding of KYC processes including customer identification, due diligence, sanctions, and PEP screening.
• Ability to follow established procedures, review documentation carefully, and maintain accurate records.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for documenting findings, raising queries, and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Organised and collaborative approach with attention to detail and ability to manage operational workload.
• Ability to work in a hybrid mode with office located in Kraków.

• Complete day-to-day KYC reviews for new and existing customers following established procedures and service requirements.
• Review customer information and documentation for completeness and accuracy, including identification data, ownership structures, and beneficial ownership.
• Perform sanctions, Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs), and adverse media screenings, documenting findings within relevant systems.
• Identify missing information, discrepancies, or potential risk indicators and escalate cases requiring further review.
• Maintain accurate case records and support timely completion of workloads while collaborating with colleagues and client teams.
