Lead PMO

Capco Poland is a global technology and management consultancy specializing in digital transformation within the financial services industry, focusing on banking and payments, capital markets, and wealth and asset management.

• Minimum 6+ years of PMO, Program Management, or Transformation Leadership experience.
• Strong experience within banking or financial services.
• Experience supporting transformation programs in Core Banking, Payments, Cards, Lending, or Digital Banking domains.
• Proven track record managing enterprise-scale transformation portfolios.
• Deep understanding of regulatory, risk, and governance frameworks.
• Experience working with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/MSP) preferred.
• Knowledge of PMO governance and reporting, portfolio and project coordination, financial and risk management, stakeholder communication.
• Experience with banking transformation and technology delivery.
• Problem-solving, organizational skills, ability to work in fast-paced environments, and strong attention to detail.

• Lead governance and delivery across multiple banking programs and projects, including Core Banking, Payments, and Cards transformation initiatives.
• Prepare executive reporting, dashboards, RAID logs, and portfolio updates.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource planning.
• Oversee large transformation portfolios covering Core Banking modernization, Payments, Cards, regulatory, digital, and operational transformation programs.
• Ensure adherence to PMO standards, governance frameworks, and delivery methodologies.
• Coordinate steering committees, status meetings, and stakeholder communications.
• Drive continuous improvement of PMO processes, reporting, and controls.
• Collaborate with business, technology, risk, compliance, and external vendors across Core Banking, Payments, and Cards workstreams.
• Support planning, governance, and delivery of cross-functional initiatives involving multiple banking platforms and payment ecosystems.
