Operations Analyst (She/He/They)

• Fluent English

• Willingness to work in a hybrid model, including 6–8 days per month in the Kraków office
• Availability for increased office presence during the initial training period
• Previous experience in trade finance, payments, banking operations or reconciliations would be an advantage, but is not essential

• Supporting day-to-day Supply Chain Finance operations
• Processing and verifying transactions and payments
• Performing reconciliations and investigating discrepancies
• Ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures
• Cooperating with internal teams and stakeholders
• Meeting agreed quality and turnaround-time standards

• We're looking for Poland-based candidates.
• This role is hybrid and requires working from the office in Kraków 2 times a week.
