• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills including shaping insights into easy to understand conclusions
• SAFe Agilist, PMP, MSP, or Prince2 training or certification is an advantage

• Manage and drive continuous improvement of Non-Financial Risks impact assessment and management to support change delivery across Portfolio
• Engage with Group Transformation team to ensure alignment of IWPB ways-of-operating with Change Framework mandatory outcomes of NFR impact assessment
• Develop guidance on Data Control Impact Assessment and management in collaboration with Group Data Office
• Coordinate communications, implementation, and embedding of NFR and DCIA tooling and process, and lead BAU activities across Portfolio
• Drive active risk management practice across portfolio on identified non-financial risks throughout delivery lifecycle
• Work with Portfolio Assurance to determine continuous monitoring approach for NFR including Data Control across Tier-1 portfolios
• Design, develop, and produce regular NFR and DC dashboard/analytics, key control indicators, and governance reports including thematic read-across
