Senior Business Analyst/Cards

Capco Poland is a global technology and management consultancy specializing in driving digital transformation across the financial services industry, with expertise in banking and payments, capital markets, and wealth and asset management.

• Proven experience delivering Cards & Payments transformation initiatives in banking or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of the Cards domain including card issuing, acquiring, authorisation, clearing, settlement, and transaction processing.
• Experience with enterprise Cards platforms; exposure to VisionPLUS (Visiona) is highly desirable.
• Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and requirements analysis skills with effective communication across business and technology teams.

• Partner with clients to deliver business analysis for strategic Cards transformation programmes.
• Analyse business capabilities, operating models, and processes to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to define business requirements and resolve challenges.
• Assess impact of business and technology change, identifying risks and dependencies.
• Act as a trusted consulting partner from discovery through implementation of transformation initiatives.
