Senior Business Analyst (She/ He/ They)

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within consulting or large-scale transformation programmes.
• Strong business process analysis, process mapping, and requirements elicitation skills.
• Excellent workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills with the ability to influence at all organisational levels.
• Experience translating business needs into clear functional requirements and supporting delivery teams throughout implementation.

Nice to have:

• Experience working within Financial Services or other highly regulated industries.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and business analysis frameworks.
• Experience supporting digital transformation or operating model change initiatives.
• Familiarity with BPMN, Visio, Jira, Confluence, or similar business analysis tools.
• Relevant certifications such as IIBA CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile Business Analyst.

• Lead business workshops with stakeholders to understand business objectives, current processes, and improvement opportunities.
• Analyse existing business processes, identify gaps, and recommend practical solutions aligned to business goals.
• Gather, document, and manage business requirements using clear, structured documentation and appropriate analysis techniques.
• Develop business cases, process maps, user stories, and delivery roadmaps that support successful implementation.
• Present findings, recommendations, and solution options confidently to business stakeholders and project teams.

• This position requires hybrid work with potential office presence in Warsaw.
