Senior Manager – Risk & Regulatory (She/ He/ They)

At Capco Poland, we are a global leader in technology and management consulting specializing in digital transformation in the financial sector, including banking, payments, capital markets, wealth, and asset management.

• Significant experience in risk, regulatory, or compliance advisory within financial services, from consulting, banking, or regulatory environments.
• Strong knowledge of Polish and European financial regulatory environments, with practical interpretation experience.
• Experience supporting regulatory interactions, supervisory reviews, and remediation programs, ideally involving KNF.
• Strong advisory and stakeholder management skills with ability to communicate complex regulatory matters clearly.
• Experience leading consulting engagements or complex regulatory initiatives, including team and client management.
• Direct experience working with or supporting engagements involving KNF or other European regulators.
• Knowledge across banking regulation, risk management, governance, compliance, or regulatory remediation.
• Experience supporting banks through regulatory inspections and major regulatory change programs.

Nice to have:

• Previous consulting experience with Tier 1 banks or major financial institutions.
• Experience developing regulatory propositions and supporting business development or client proposals.

• Advise banks and financial institutions on regulatory and risk matters, translating regulatory requirements into practical business actions.
• Support clients in preparing for regulatory engagements including interactions with KNF and supervisory reviews.
• Lead regulatory assessments and remediation engagements, identifying gaps and defining solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across various functions, providing clear advice on complex regulatory topics.
• Lead client engagements and contribute to the growth of Capco’s Risk & Regulatory offerings through proposition development and client conversations.

This role is open to candidates based in Poland only. This role operates on a hybrid work model.
