System Architect (Polish required - Warsaw/Hybrid)

• Proven experience as a System Architect, Solution Architect, or Senior Software Engineer in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and distributed systems.
• Experience designing integrations using APIs, messaging platforms, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Knowledge of modern application architectures, including microservices and cloud-native concepts.
• Experience working with enterprise-grade applications, databases, and middleware technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical issues.
• Experience collaborating in Agile delivery environments.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in Polish and English.

Nice to have:

• Experience in the banking or financial services sector.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of security architecture and regulatory requirements applicable to financial institutions.

• Responsible for architecture area of enterprise systems and applications, ensuring scalability, security, resilience, and maintainability.
• Design and recommend appropriate technologies, architectural patterns, frameworks, and system components.
• Design system integrations, APIs, and data flows across enterprise platforms.
• Coordinate architecture activities across project teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Review solution designs and implementations for compliance with architectural standards and best practices.
• Collaborate to address complex technical challenges and support technology-related decision-making.
• Work with business, infrastructure, security, and development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Contribute to architecture standards, technical roadmaps, and governance processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve system performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions for digital transformation initiatives.
