Product Manager (Poland, Remote)

First Connect is a digital marketplace that gives independent insurance agents access to 150+ top US insurance carriers, allowing them to grow their businesses by selling various insurance types including home, auto, commercial, and life. The company focuses on supporting independent insurance distribution with consumer-grade software and aims to accelerate growth.

• Currently or recently working as a Product Manager with ideally 4+ years of experience.
• Outcome-driven mindset rather than delivery-driven.
• Experience owning a product end to end, including discovery, data analysis, and conversations with users and partners.
• Ability to influence without authority, persuading engineers, designers, and carrier partners through reasoning.
• Comfortable working without a rigid playbook; familiar with bits of Scrum and Kanban.
• Basic understanding of APIs and data mapping.
• Professional fluency in English and Polish.
• Based in Poland and comfortable with regular afternoon/evening meetings.

Nice to have:

• Experience in scale-up environments.
• Background in B2B marketplace or insurance industry.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools.

• Drive your own discovery by identifying problems through data, agent conversations, and carrier feedback.
• Own the roadmap for carrier discovery and access.
• Decide on problem priorities and defend decisions with reasoning.
• Manage the Carrier Store marketplace end-to-end, including workflows for 150+ carrier processes.
• Coordinate directly with carrier partners and the US-based business team on access requirements and go-to-market timing.
• Engage engineering, design, finance, marketing, sales, and support teams to align around a shared problem narrative.
• Define and track KPIs such as time from request to access and conversion, prioritizing by impact.

The candidate must be based in Poland and comfortable with afternoon/evening meetings.
