Senior Product Manager (Poland, Remote)

First Connect Insurance is a digital marketplace enabling independent insurance agents access to over 150 US carriers for selling home, auto, commercial, life insurance, and more. The company supports tens of thousands of active agents and aims to accelerate growth by enhancing its platform.

• 5+ years in product management with a track record of delivering successful products in fast-paced environments.
• Customer-first mindset with ability to understand user pain points and create simple, loved products.
• Comfort handling ambiguity and turning unowned problems into roadmaps and shipped products.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across engineering, design, and business.
• Proficient in using data to prioritize and measure impact.
• Experience driving large migrations or re-architectures involving cross-team dependencies.
• Experience building products under trust, compliance, or policy constraints.
• Based in Poland or Israel with partial overlap with U.S. Pacific time and fluent in English.

Nice to have:

• Platform or infrastructure experience in B2B SaaS including enterprise-ready capabilities like multi-tenant org structures, admin consoles, permissions, and audit trails.
• Experience taking 0 to 1 product ideas through incubation, piloting, and scaling.
• Experience with identity and access domains such as authentication, organization/team structures, roles and permissions, or account management.
• Expertise in marketplaces, especially B2B marketplaces.

Domain Ownership:

• Own product strategy, requirements, user flows, and decision frameworks for the domain.
• Consolidate interim-owned surfaces into a coherent charter and prioritized roadmap.
• Partner with engineering lead to establish team operating rhythm and gain trust of leadership and partner teams.

Platform Rebuild for Bigger Agencies:

• Own and drive roadmap for agency-to-producer migration and related platform capabilities.
• Design roles and permissions models for agencies, producers, and the admin portal.
• Build scalable structures allowing agencies to grow without outgrowing the platform.
• Ship products with largest agencies as design partners.

Compliance as Product:

• Automate and audit US insurance compliance lifecycle flows including onboarding, updates, expirations, and terminations.
• Learn domain knowledge to integrate compliance into product.

Cross-Team Leadership:

• Treat internal teams as customers and define clear contracts and migration paths.
• Navigate technical constraints across legacy systems and backend to simplify user experiences.
• Collaborate to define success metrics and improve outcomes using data.
• Coordinate cross-team roadmap, manage dependencies, align commitments, and keep leadership informed.
