GenAI Literacy Lead INTELIGENT PLATFORMS (all genders)

HelloFresh's HelloTech organisation in Warsaw is a global technology backbone with more than 1000 people building digital products powering food solutions, including meal kits, ready-to-eat meals, pet food, and premium meat & seafood, serving millions of customers monthly. HelloTech supports a subscription-based, direct-to-consumer model through technological platforms covering customer-facing apps, personalization, pricing, forecasting, and supply chain optimization, working in autonomous cross-functional teams.

• 8+ years of enterprise change and transformation leadership in technology adoption, L&D, or change management for international markets.
• Hands-on mastery of modern GenAI tools, agentic workflows, LLMs, enterprise governance, and model constraints.
• Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and experience partnering at VP level.
• Proven team leadership and management skills for multidisciplinary project teams.
• Builder mindset with agility to operate iteratively in ambiguous environments.
• Outcome-driven data fluency in setting success metrics and building executive-ready dashboards.

• Architect and deliver a comprehensive three-level enablement framework including foundation tier, job-specific training, and a Champions network.
• Activate and lead a GenAI Champions network of 40–60 departmental members with governance, training curricula, and forums.
• Partner with executive leadership to translate adoption metrics into business outcomes and secure resources.
• Direct a multidisciplinary delivery team of approximately 5 specialists in learning design, change management, program delivery, and analytics.
• Establish measurement and governance frameworks aligned with HelloFresh’s GenAI Governance Framework, defining KPIs like WAU and 28-day active users.
