IT Operations Engineer, Intelligent Platforms Alliance

HelloFresh is a global technology company with over 1000 people in its HelloTech organization, building digital products for end-to-end food experiences including meal kits, ready-to-eat meals, pet food, and premium meat & seafood. HelloTech operates autonomous, cross-functional alliances responsible for scalable, data-driven products used across global markets, supporting a subscription-based direct-to-consumer model.

• Practical experience in IT support or IT operations with strong knowledge of macOS and Windows systems.
• Experience in asset management including hardware provisioning, device wiping, vendor repair coordination, inventory tracking using Snipe IT.
• Familiarity with tooling such as Google Workspace, Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence), Intune, Jamf, SureMDM, and Active Directory.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently as the sole on-site IT contact while aligning with central teams.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Polish; German is a plus.
• Nice to have: Basic network infrastructure understanding, IT task automation experience, valid European driver’s license.

• Manage user lifecycles: Own onboarding and offboarding IT processes including hardware preparation, setup, shipping, and retrieval for teams in Warsaw and Wroclaw.
• Maintain IT hardware & assets: Administer macOS and Windows devices, including wiping, reissuing, coordinating repairs, and maintaining inventory with Snipe IT.
• Deliver hands-on IT support: Provide technical support for local employees on Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence, and Active Directory.
• Support infrastructure & expansion: Serve as primary on-site contact for central infrastructure teams, assist with basic networking setup, office moves, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, FortiGate Firewalls, Cisco switches, and Cisco Wireless.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with site management and Workplace Operations to support operational and facilities needs.
• Build clear documentation: Maintain IT process documents, hardware workflows, and troubleshooting guides for consistent practices.
