Senior Product Designer - New Ventures & Consumer UX

• 6+ years of experience in product design with a proven track record of delivering consumer products end-to-end.
• Deep understanding of consumer-facing products and decision-making across the customer lifecycle; subscription domain experience is a plus.
• Ability to define problem spaces early and use evidence to inform project scope and roadmap.
• Exceptional visual and interaction design skills, proficiency in Figma, and familiarity with front-end technical constraints.
• Proactive advocacy for optimal design solutions and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Experience framing research questions, running lightweight studies, and translating findings into design direction.
• Active use of AI tools such as Figma AI and Claude in project workflows for synthesis, discovery, prototyping, and code generation.
• Strong communication skills to present clearly, facilitate alignment, and defend design decisions with data.

• Lead consumer experience design from concept to shipped product, ensuring high quality across touchpoints.
• Influence strategy and roadmap by framing problem spaces and bringing consumer insights into squad planning.
• Maintain high standards in UI, interaction design, motion, micro-interactions, and UX writing.
• Utilize AI throughout the design lifecycle, including insight synthesis, prototyping, and design-to-code workflows.
