Senior UX Designer, Consumer

HelloFresh is building digital products powering end-to-end food experiences, including meal kits and specialty food offerings, through its HelloTech technology organization headquartered in Warsaw. HelloTech operates via autonomous, cross-functional teams responsible for specific products and domains, delivering scalable, data-driven platforms serving millions of consumers monthly.

• Minimum 6 years' experience in product design with proven success in delivering high-quality consumer products end-to-end.
• Proficiency in AI tools for design workflows, including Figma AI and Claude.
• Exceptional visual and interaction design skills, with focus on detail, hierarchy, motion, and animation.
• Proactive and collaborative approach to pushing for appropriate technical design solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for articulating design concepts across business functions.

• Consumer Experience Design: Lead design from concept to execution across consumer touchpoints, ensuring quality and accountability.
• AI-Native Workflow: Integrate AI tools in user insight generation, discovery, prototyping, and design-to-code processes.
• Raise the Craft Bar: Maintain design quality across layout, motion, typography, and micro-interactions using animation strategically.
• Opportunity Identification: Conduct market research and user analysis to discover product opportunities and inform design decisions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product leads, engineers, and stakeholders to align design with business goals and technical requirements.
