Salesforce Developer

In the CEE region, the team delivers modern applications, data platforms, and AI solutions for clients such as McLaren, Aviva, Deloitte, Spotify, Disney, ING, and others. The project focuses on simplifying the architecture supporting SDD mandate reconciliation, improving data synchronization between Salesforce, banking systems, and customer data services using an Azure-based Client Data Domain and microservices on AKS.

• Fluent Italian at B2+ level (mandatory)
• Strong commercial experience as a Salesforce Developer
• Experience at Salesforce Platform Developer II level
• Strong hands-on experience with Apex and SOQL
• Solid experience with Salesforce Flow, LWC, and Aura
• Experience with Platform Events and Bulk API
• Experience developing and maintaining Salesforce integrations
• Experience with Azure DevOps and Ant-based deployment
• Knowledge of SonarQube and/or Salesforce Code Analyzer
• Experience with unit and integration testing and Salesforce release processes
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good English communication skills
• Availability to travel to Milan approximately twice a year for 2–3 days
• Work from the European Union region and valid work permit are required

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Java or another programming language
• Experience with Azure, AKS, microservices, or banking/payment integrations
• Practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor)
• Experience applying GenAI within SDLC with defined workflows and prompt patterns
• Interest in emerging AI-driven practices such as agent-based workflows and AI-augmented development

• Contribute to the full-cycle delivery of Salesforce development activities from refinement and estimation to release
• Participate in solution design and technical decision-making
• Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Flow, LWC, and Aura
• Develop Salesforce integrations with external systems and services
• Work with Platform Events and Bulk API
• Support customer and mandate data synchronization
• Implement integrations with banking and payment management systems
• Perform unit and integration testing maintaining at least 80% code coverage
• Prepare technical documentation and release evidence
• Support UAT, production releases, and hypercare activities
• Investigate and correct defects
• Support application maintenance, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support L2/L3 technical activities within AMS scope
• Collaborate with Salesforce Architects, Developers, QA Engineers, and stakeholders
• Work in an Italian-speaking Agile environment
