Senior AI Governance & Enablement Analyst

• At least 5 years of experience in an analytical role
• Strong background in business analytics, data engineering, or related discipline
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with large datasets in cloud data platforms
• Comprehensive understanding of data warehousing, dimensional data modelling, and ETL/ELT processes
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based AI tools such as Claude or similar
• Practical understanding of AI assistants' build and evaluation, including quality metrics and ground truth
• Experience translating business needs into well-documented requirements and analytical specifications
• Ability to tailor communication and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences
• Basic familiarity with Git, code review, and version control processes
• Knowledge of data governance and data cataloguing practices, including tools like Atlan or similar
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• Analytical and critical mindset for quality and reliability assessment of AI outputs
• Experience with Databricks considered an asset

• Own the development and maintenance of the AI layer supporting business analytics, including Talk2Data and agent-ready data
• Define, implement, and test analytical components of the Talk2Data solution from specification through to release
• Build and improve the evaluation framework for AI response quality, including metrics definition and monitoring quality scores
• Translate business needs, use cases, and business rules into requirements, acceptance criteria, and analytical specifications
• Collaborate with Data Engineers on dimensional data models (star schema), data quality checks, code review, and deployments
• Work with large datasets and cloud-based data platforms to validate data quality, structure, and suitability for AI analytics
• Collaborate with Product Leads, Business Owners, and stakeholders to confirm data ownership and align with data governance standards
• Prepare presentations, guidelines, and supporting materials for technical and non-technical audiences
• Facilitate enablement initiatives such as AI Office Hours and sessions with Product Leads
• Continuously improve Talk2Data quality and performance by analyzing user feedback and product analytics
• Drive adoption of Talk2Data and AI-assisted analytics across the organization
• Lead and validate Proofs of Concept related to AI solution implementations and new business use cases
• Diagnose and escalate technical issues related to AI tooling and integrations, including Claude, Power BI MCP, and connectors
• Evaluate alternative AI solutions, tools, and implementation approaches
• Ensure AI-generated outputs and analytical solutions are critically validated before business use
