Senior AI Solutions Analyst

• At least 5 years of experience in an analytical role
• Strong background in business analytics, data engineering, or related discipline
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with large datasets on cloud data platforms
• Comprehensive understanding of data warehousing including dimensional data modeling and ETL/ELT processes
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based AI tools such as Claude or similar
• Practical understanding of AI assistant building and evaluation including quality metrics and monitoring
• Experience translating business needs into well-documented requirements and analytical specifications
• Ability to tailor communication and documentation for technical and non-technical audiences
• Basic familiarity with Git, code review, and version control processes
• Knowledge of data governance and data cataloguing tools such as Atlan or similar
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• Analytical and critical mindset for assessing AI-generated output quality and relevance
• Fluent in Polish and English
• Experience with Databricks is a plus
• Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required

• Own the development and maintenance of the AI layer supporting business analytics, including Talk2Data and agent-ready data
• Define, implement, and test analytical components of the Talk2Data solution from specification through release
• Build and improve evaluation framework for AI response quality, including metrics, ground truth, and monitoring
• Translate business needs, use cases, and rules into clear requirements, acceptance criteria, and analytical specs
• Collaborate with Data Engineers on dimensional data models, data quality checks, code review, and deployments
• Work with large datasets and cloud data platforms to validate data quality and suitability for AI analytics
• Collaborate with Product Leads and Business Owners to ensure alignment with data governance standards
• Prepare presentations and supporting materials for technical and non-technical audiences
• Facilitate enablement initiatives such as AI Office Hours and sessions with Product Leads
• Analyze user feedback and product analytics to continuously improve solution quality and performance
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted analytics solutions across the organization
• Lead and validate Proofs of Concept for AI solution implementation and business use cases
• Diagnose and escalate technical issues related to AI tooling and integrations, including Claude and Power BI MCP
• Evaluate and compare alternative AI solutions, tools, and implementation approaches
• Ensure AI-generated outputs are critically validated before integration into business processes
