Senior Business Analyst (short-term project)

• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Owner in complex digital or IT projects
• Strong hands-on experience in Discovery, including leading activities from problem framing to delivery planning
• Excellent workshop facilitation skills with cross-functional and senior stakeholders
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
• Ability to work with incomplete information and transform ambiguity into actionable outcomes
• Ability to adapt business analysis methods to project needs
• Practical experience in requirements elicitation, process modelling, user-flow analysis, business rules definition, backlog creation, and scope definition
• Ability to identify dependencies, assumptions, risks, and gaps across processes and systems
• Solid technical understanding and ability to collaborate with Architects, Developers, QA Engineers, and technical roles
• Experience working with UX/UI teams to translate business needs into user journeys and solutions
• Experience supporting estimation, roadmap creation, and transition from Discovery to delivery
• Confidence presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity or willingness to use AI tools and AI-assisted working methods
• Ability to quickly understand new business domains and terminology
• Independent, proactive, goal-oriented with ownership and leadership skills
• Ability to work in dynamic environments and distributed cross-functional teams
• Fluent English
• Practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot Chat) to improve productivity and quality

• Leading and structuring Discovery phases to clarify project scope, requirements, and potential solutions
• Defining the business analysis approach and ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Planning, preparing, and facilitating workshops and discovery sessions with cross-functional teams
• Guiding discussions to resolve ambiguity and support decision-making
• Identifying business needs and translating them into structured requirements, user flows, business rules, process models, and backlog items
• Identifying and validating key unknowns, assumptions, dependencies, and risks early in the project
• Analyzing current state and collaborating to define future state and solution direction
• Coordinating collaboration between business and technology stakeholders to ensure feasible solutions
• Working closely with UX/UI Designers and Architects on user journeys and solution architecture
• Co-creating project scope, delivery plans, and roadmaps balancing business and technical constraints
• Supporting estimation and delivery planning by clarifying scope and dependencies
• Communicating findings and decisions to both business and technical audiences, including senior stakeholders
• Taking ownership of analytical outcomes and ensuring consistency across project workstreams
• Using AI-assisted tools to accelerate analytical activities while critically reviewing outputs
